- Behave appropriately and respect local laws and customs
- Report any issues to suppliers and us promptly
- Ensure all travelers are fit to travel
- Pay for any damage caused to supplier property

If you have a complaint:
- Report issues to the supplier immediately while traveling
- Contact us in writing within 28 days of return
- Provide full details and supporting evidence
- We will investigate and respond within 28 days
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer the matter to alternative dispute resolution or the courts of England and Wales.
